Die eMail kommt leider zur\u00fcck mit der Meldung:<\/p>\n[box type=&#8220;warning&#8220; align=&#8220;aligncenter&#8220; class=&#8220; width=&#8220;]\n<p>&lt;name@domainnamedeskontaktes.com&gt;: host<br \/>\ndomainnamedeskontaktes-com.mail.protection.outlook.com[207.46.163.215] said: 550 5.7.1<br \/>\nService unavailable; Client host [123.123.123.123] blocked using FBLW15; To<br \/>\nrequest removal from this list please forward this message to<br \/>\ndelist@messaging.microsoft.com (in reply to RCPT TO command)<\/p>\n[\/box]\n<p>Die pers\u00f6nlichen <a href=\"https:\/\/webhosting.de\/da\/personenbezogene-daten-sozialen-netzwerken\/\">Daten<\/a> und IP Adresse habe ich hier unkenntlich gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Leider hat Microsoft die Angewohnheit IP Adressen willk\u00fcrlich zu blacklisten. Bei o.g. Beispiel wurde eine unbenutzte IP Adresse mit einem frisch installierten eMailserver verwendet. Sie ist also noch nirgendwo aufgefallen oder gelistet.<\/p>\n<p>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich wurden die technischen Feinheiten beachtet wie:<\/p>\n[tie_list type=&#8220;checklist&#8220;]\n<ul>\n<li>PTR Eintrag (reverse DNS) der Mailserverdomain<\/li>\n<li>SPF Eintrag\u00a0v=spf1 mx ptr ip4:123.123.123.123 ?all<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/webhosting.de\/da\/plesk-letsencrypt-zertifikat-erstellen\/\">TLS<\/a> Unterst\u00fctzung des eMailservers unter Ausschluss von alten Verschl\u00fcsselungsmethoden<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00fcfung der IP Adresse auf Blacklisteneintr\u00e4ge und korrekte Konfiguration (multirbl, mxtools)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/tie_list]\n<p>Die IP ist also &#8222;sauber&#8220;. Ein Versand zu anderen eMailanbietern geht problemlos durch. Die Kommunikation mit Microsoft Diensten ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen Outlook.com\/live\/hotmail.<\/p>\n<p>Wie kommt man nun aus der Blacklist von Microsoft raus?<\/p>\n<p>Das ist leider nicht so einfach bzw. h\u00e4ngt vom goodwill Microsofts ab.<\/p>\n<p>Wie gew\u00fcnscht habe ich eine Kopie der eMail samt header an die eMailadresse delist@messaging.microsoft.com geschickt und bekam auch eine Ticketid zur\u00fcck:<\/p>\n[box type=&#8220;info&#8220; align=&#8220;aligncenter&#8220; class=&#8220; width=&#8220;]\n<p>Hello ,<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your delisting request SRX1308604213ID. Your ticket was received on (Oct 14 2015 11:47 AM UTC) and will be responded to within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Our team will investigate the address that you have requested to be removed from our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove your address, one of our technical support representatives will respond to you with additional information.<\/p>\n<p>Regards,<br \/>\nTechnical Support<\/p>\n[\/box]\n<p>Aus den 24h wurde nur leider nichts. Der Microsoft Support braucht hier dann doch etwas l\u00e4nger bis sich der Sache angenommen wird. (siehe unten)<\/p>\n<p>Also habe ich es fast t\u00e4glich versucht die eMail zu versenden, immer mit dem selben Ablehnungsgrund, immer habe ich die eMail an Microsoft weitergeleitet mit der Bitte um Austragung aus der Blacklist und den o.g. Aber scheinbar gibt es hier einen Zusammenhang. Die haben offenbar den Mailserver gecheckt und gesehen, dass alles ok ist. Ich versende am Tag nur ca. 10 Mails und mehr zeigt das Serverlog auch nicht an, somit scheidet ein Hackangriff auf mein Postfach oder ein sonstiger Angriff auf den Server.<\/p>\n<p>Leider hat der Whitelist Eintrag nicht viel gebracht. Die eMails wurden weiterhin abgewiesen &#8211; zumindest an dem Empf\u00e4nger. Ich konnte die eMail an eine vorher angelegte outlook.de eMailadresse senden. Diese wurde allerdings als <a href=\"https:\/\/webhosting.de\/da\/srs-mit-postfix-unter-centos\/\">Spam<\/a> betrachtet ohne weitere Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem ich dann die eMail im outlook.de Webmailer auf &#8222;Kein Spam&#8220; gesetzt habe konnte ich zumindest mit mir selbst bei outlook.de kommunizieren. Aber dann geschah das unerwartete.
