Nextcloud is a spin-off of ownCloud<\/a>. The software is supposed to have more features than ownCloud - but is it really better? Should one make the switch and does it bring anything?<\/p>\n

For many, this was very sudden and they questioned whether they should stay with ownCloud or better switch to Nextcloud. Why do you need Nextcloud?<\/h2>\n

Nextcloud is a software that can be used to store Data<\/a> on the own server, also called file hosting, is required.
