Les contrats doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, ce qui signifie que le contrat d'enregistrement doit toujours \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. Le tribunal a estim\u00e9 que le contrat d'enregistrement continuait d'exister.
