Ralph Dommermuth \u00e8 il capo della United Internet<\/a>la societ\u00e0 madre di 1&1<\/a>. Dall'inizio dell'anno Dommermuth ha assunto la carica di CEO di 1&1 Drillisch AG. Dato che il mercato delle telecomunicazioni in Germania \u00e8 comunque in fase di sviluppo, potrebbe benissimo sfruttare l'opportunit\u00e0 di rafforzare la posizione della sua azienda.<\/p>\n

Possibilit\u00e0 completamente nuove per Unity Media<\/strong><\/p>\n

Considerando che in origine il Gruppo ha affittato i servizi di altri fornitori solo con il proprio nome, le prospettive attuali sono notevoli. Tra le opportunit\u00e0 offerte all'azienda grazie agli ultimi sviluppi c'\u00e8 l'accesso alla rete Vodafone. Se United Internet decidesse di partecipare attivamente all'espansione, il Gruppo potrebbe addirittura diventare proprietario dei cavi in fibra ottica veloci. C'\u00e8 anche la possibilit\u00e0 che United Internet stessa possa diventare un provider di telefonia mobile.<\/p>\n

Quali ostacoli deve superare l'azienda?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prima che una propria rete 1&1 possa essere effettivamente implementata in Germania, ci sono ancora alcune sfide da superare.<\/p>\n

Prima di tutto. la nuova frequenza 5G<\/a>essere assegnato dall'Agenzia federale per le reti. La frequenza \u00e8 destinata a garantire un Internet mobile ancora pi\u00f9 veloce in futuro e deve essere messa all'asta dai singoli provider. I principali concorrenti Telekom<\/a>Vodafone, e Telefono<\/a> sono gi\u00e0 considerati impostati. Se anche 1&1 vuole impossessarsi delle frequenze, c'\u00e8 ancora un problema serio: la costruzione di una rete 5G \u00e8 tutt'altro che economica e anche relativamente costosa da realizzare.<\/p>\n

Il 5G \u00e8 convertibile per 1&1?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il fatto che l'azienda non sia ancora diventata uno dei principali attori del mercato tedesco delle telecomunicazioni potrebbe ora essere la sua rovina. I clienti che acquisterebbero 5G tramite il provider 1&1 dovrebbero accettare un grosso svantaggio: 1&1, a differenza dei suoi concorrenti, non ha una rete mobile \"normale\".<\/p>\n

\"1e1-5g\"<\/a>I principali concorrenti possono facilmente offrire la loro rete LTE esistente e quindi rifornire anche i clienti che si trovano almeno temporaneamente in zone rurali. I clienti di 1&1, a loro volta, potranno godere della nuova comodit\u00e0 dell'Internet mobile veloce nelle citt\u00e0 e nei grandi agglomerati urbani.<\/p>\n

Roaming per tutti?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per affrontare il problema della propria rete LTE inesistente, 1&1 avrebbe dovuto affidarsi alle reti dei concorrenti. I grandi fornitori dovrebbero quindi accettare di stipulare un accordo con il nuovo, quarto concorrente in modo che i suoi clienti possano condividere le reti estere. Questo tipo di condivisione della rete si chiama \"roaming\". I clienti possono passare da una rete all'altra per utilizzare la rete attualmente pi\u00f9 stabile per se stessi.<\/p>\n

Dommermuth esige che la comunit\u00e0 politica difenda gli interessi dell'azienda. Egli sostiene quindi che la concorrenza sul mercato tedesco della telefonia mobile \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che la concorrenza venga esercitata da un quarto fornitore.<\/p>\n

Vodafone \u00e8 d'intralcio<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il capo di Vodafone Germany Hannes Ametsreiter respinge con coerenza la proposta di Dommermuth di condividere le reti esistenti. Rimangono solo gli altri due concorrenti - Telekom e Telefonica. Non \u00e8 ancora chiaro se le due societ\u00e0 accetteranno il roaming sulle loro reti.<\/p>\n
