Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 attualmente possibile, ad esempio, se gli operatori radio freelance hanno allestito un alloggio per rifugiati con <a href=\"https:\/\/webhosting.de\/it\/mehr-freiheiten-fuer-wlan-anbieter-oeffentliche-hotspots-sollen-etabliert-werden-aber-es-herrscht-angst-vor-der-stoererhaftung-bei-unbefugter-nutzung\/\">WLAN<\/a> fornire o perseguire altri scopi caritatevoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il nuovo regolamento stabilisce che la semplice installazione di una WLAN pubblica per il pubblico \u00e8 sufficiente per essere riconosciuta come organizzazione senza scopo di lucro.
