Primeiro que tudo. a nova frequ\u00eancia 5G<\/a>ser concedido pela Ag\u00eancia Federal de Redes. A frequ\u00eancia destina-se a garantir uma Internet m\u00f3vel ainda mais r\u00e1pida no futuro e deve ser leiloada pelos provedores individuais. Para resolver o problema de sua pr\u00f3pria rede LTE inexistente, 1&1 teria que contar com as redes de seus concorrentes. Os grandes fornecedores teriam, portanto, de concordar em celebrar um acordo com o novo quarto concorrente para que seus clientes pudessem compartilhar redes estrangeiras. Este tipo de partilha de rede \u00e9 chamado \"roaming\". Os clientes podem alternar entre diferentes redes a fim de utilizar a rede actualmente mais est\u00e1vel para si pr\u00f3prios.<\/p>\n

Dommermuth exige que a comunidade pol\u00edtica defenda os interesses da empresa. Ele argumenta, portanto, que a concorr\u00eancia no mercado alem\u00e3o de telefonia m\u00f3vel \u00e9 mais prov\u00e1vel de ser provocada por uma quarta operadora.<\/p>\n
