Isto \u00e9 actualmente poss\u00edvel, por exemplo, se os operadores de r\u00e1dio freelance tiverem criado um alojamento para refugiados com <a href=\"https:\/\/webhosting.de\/pt\/mehr-freiheiten-fuer-wlan-anbieter-oeffentliche-hotspots-sollen-etabliert-werden-aber-es-herrscht-angst-vor-der-stoererhaftung-bei-unbefugter-nutzung\/\">WLAN<\/a> fornecer ou perseguir outros fins caritativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O novo regulamento estipula que a mera instala\u00e7\u00e3o de uma WLAN p\u00fablica para o p\u00fablico em geral \u00e9 suficiente para ser reconhecida como uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos.
