.paris domains can only be registered by individuals under certain conditions (so-called NEXUS requirements). In order to register, it is required that you have a connection to the greater Paris area, both at the time of registration and afterwards. The connection may be personal, linguistic or cultural, or it may be related to a business or employment. Alternatively, a residence or a direct or indirect connection to the Greater Paris Area satisfies Nexus' requirements. Proof is not required when registering a domain. The awarding authority reserves the right to verify on a case-by-case basis. If proof is not provided, the domain may be suspended and deleted. Please see the full terms and conditions.
