What does DNA mean?

DNS is the abbreviation for Dynamic Domain Name Service. With the help of a DNS service, you can be reached from the net with a fixed domain name even if the IP address of the router at home changes. Usually a router is connected to the Internet at home via a DSL connection. The biggest problem is that the router is not only disconnected automatically after 24 hours, but also breaks down frequently. This also causes the public IP address of your router to change. From the office you can never know under which IP address you can reach your router at any time. Only with a DNS service you can solve this problem. The router passes the current IP address to the DNS server after the connection is established. If the DNS server has recognized your IP address of the router, it can establish a connection via the subdomain you have set up. The service always forwards your requests directly to the current IP address so that you are always up to date.
